By registering an account with Petra, you will have access to your development’s own property portal. Here you will have access to important information related to your property, including:

  • A regularly updated noticeboard. This includes notification of window cleaning dates, fire alarm inspections as well as important news relevant to your development.
  • A guide to your property / development. This includes contact details, local amenities/services, maintenance schedule and insurance details.
  • Service charge budget and apportionment schedule for the current and past years.
  • Annual audited accounts, AGM and Budget meeting minutes
  • A “Contact Us” form. Here you can quickly report a query to us which is immediately logged in our system. It is the fastest means of receiving a response from your property management team.
