Out of 723 property agents countrywide Petra were one of twenty two managing agents invited to participate in putting forward suggestions & ideas as part of the development of the Multi Unit Development ACT 2011.

We operate a paperless office wherever possible and requests for financial and management reporting are handled immediately. We are also designing a new website with the facility for owners to log in and view and download PDF’s of site-specific information and communications regarding their development.
