Each development we manage is overseen by a senior property manager with greater than 15 years experience in the industry. They hold strong credentials in engineering, administration and property management. Many of our clients have found this expertise to be instrumental in delivering cost savings, as highly technical property managers are able to anticipate and identify maintenance issues before they become costly. Furthermore, job specifications and costing can be fully appraised in-house before approval is given on any major project.
All senior property managers are also active members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RSCS). The Board of Directors will have on-demand access to your senior property manager for property-related advice and support.
The remainder of the property management team comes from a range of backgrounds, including accountancy, chartered surveying, financial management and facilities management.
